Estradiol Cypionate is a hormonal agent indicated for estrus (estrus) synchronization hormonal therapies in order to increase the detection rate.

Indications:
E.C.P.® (Estradiol Cypionate) is indicated to have a wide range of action in veterinary practice, as it offers all the functional activities of natural estrogenic substances, with the advantage of a more uniform and deep action.
Indications in veterinary medicine include correction of anestrus (absence of heat).
Dosage:
E.C.P.® (Estradiol Cypionate) its recommended average doses are as follows and may be repeated, if necessary, in one week, at the discretion of the veterinarian.
Cows: Anestrus..........................................1.5 mL to 2.5 mL
Heifers: Anestrus ......................................1.5 mL
Mares: Anestrus .......................................... 2.5 mL to 5 mL
Sows: Anestrus .....................................0.25 mL to 0.5 mL
Sheep: Anestrus......................................0.25 mL to 0.5 mL
Management:
E.C.P.® (Estradiol Cypionate) is administered only by the intramuscular route.
Precautions:
Do not use excessive dosage.
Prolonged estrus, early development, genital irritation and milk reduction are phenomena resulting from overdose, therefore, the dose should be reduced accordingly.
Because it is impossible to determine exactly whether or when ovulation may occur in females undergoing therapy, during an induced estrus period or in subsequent periods, it may be helpful for the female to be mated repeatedly during periods of induced estrus in order to influence the possibility of conception.
It must be kept in its original packaging, at room temperature (15°C to 30°C) and protected from sunlight.
