VETOQUINOL FAGRA
Babesin® is an injectable solution to combat Babesia and piroplasmosis in cattle and horses.
Babesin® acts quickly and irreversibly on Babesias and other susceptible protozoa, such as:
Bovine babesiosis (pyroplasmosis), caused by Babesia bigemia, B. argentina and B. bovis.
Mixed Babesiosis (Pyroplasmosis) and Trypanosomiasis (chair disease) infections in cattle.
Equine babesiosis, caused by B. caballi and Nuttalia equi.
Trypanosomiasis (chair disease) caused by T. congolense, T. vivax and T. brucei.
Babesin® must be applied by the deep intramuscular route.
Administer 1 mL for every 20 kg of weight, or according to the following table:
